Q: When can I expect a reply from you If I write with a problem or need advice?

A: I will get to you as soon as I possibly can. Being human means I can't be available personally 24 hours a day and I do Take holidays and have weekends or days off, just like the rest of us. When you purchased from me you were taken to a thank you page which has a section that lists the days I am away from my PC, this will give you a rough Idea of when I will reply, please bear in mind that I do receive a lot of emails from people asking for advice, which I try my best to give. Q: The files I just bought from you open with squares, triangles and odd shapes?

A: This is caused by having an older version .pdf reader or "word" reader depending on the document. To get the latest most up to date reader Click Here for adobe and CLICK HERE for the latest word reader, just follow the simple download instructions. This is FREE to do!

Q: I paid for my Item and I haven't received it yet?

A: Check your Bulk mail box with the mail account you paid for your Item with. The one you use for paypal. If there is still no Item give it 24 hours, for any technical hitches with your mail server to correct itself first, then email me and I will send you the Item personally.

Q: How do I change my ordinary EBay account into a sellers account?

A: Click Here and send a blank email to an auto responder I have set up which shows you how. Your email address wont be added to any other mailing list, you will just receive this one time mail, as with all my auto responders, you will be asked to confirm that you want the mailing.

Q: How can I get maximum benefit out of my EBay customers when it comes to them paying me?

A: Have your Paypal account upgraded to a premier or business account, this will allow your customers to pay you with their credit/debit card, if you want more info via email on what is required by Paypal to open an account with them then Click Here and send a blank email.

A: Yes, this book and newsletter, silent sales machines hiding on EBay, had really inspired me to set up in business, it's worth it's (printed) weight in platinum! I printed it out for easier reading immediately after the first chapter and use it daily as my business bible! A: That's it, stick to the easy one's! lol! I cant give you an up to date answer for this on here, If I recommended socks to sell, then suddenly all my readers will sell socks! making it then non-profitable due to so many people selling the same items. Q: Ok, I've now set up my EBay seller and paypal account and am selling successfully online is there any more I can do to increase sales?

A: The single biggest sale is the impulse buy, it's not the sale you first make it's the after sale, for instance if you sold a hat, why not offer to sell them a scarf and gloves too afterwards?
