On this page I'm just going to tell you a little about myself on a personal level.

You will also find links to other pages in which I have tips and handy hints for Online Businesses that I and others have tried out, and on these, we let you know what we got out of them, feel free to try them out yourself, have fun and enjoy your visit!

 A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I live in a city on the south coast of England in East Sussex called Brighton, its a lively place with plenty to do and a great night life, people here are a friendly lot mainly, and you don't meet many who actually come from here, it's a place most people have moved to. I moved here myself in October 2000!

Well, up until the 6th march 2003 I had been driving the buses in the city for a living, and in my spare time I was trying out different online businesses and running others, watching films on DVD or video or stuff I taped off the telly while I was working, (I get to fast forward thru the adverts that way) I still do while I'm working actually!) I go swimming as often as I can, and like to skateboard & rollerblade along the seafront here.

I'm 36 as of February this year (2005) and have worked hard all my life so far, after leaving school & college at 18, I signed up and joined the British Army, 4 yrs and 1 gulf war later, I was given a notice of  "services no longer required" the accountants were cutting back! I was fit, young, trained and they were keeping on fat, old, and pension-able soldiers that would cost more to retire than myself and others, so off I went with my medals (Nice to have a few gongs) a bit disillusioned.

I decided to take a month off (I enjoy a sabbatical!), and went to stay with my best friend Jan who ran 2 hotels in Devon at the time, I worked in the bar and in the kitchens there washing up after meal times, and toured the amusement arcades in my spare time playing on the video games of the time.

After my month off I went home to Redhill to find work, I went down to the job centre and applied to join Securicor LTD C.I.T (Cash In Transit), I got the job. I spent 4 years with them until I found a better paying job driving a truck, and delivering conservatory's, it was hard manual work but I felt I had earned my money well.

 

After there, I moved to Bognor Regis on the south coast and took a job driving a truck, delivering paper to printers this time, (3P Paper LTD) Again hard work but good hours, the manager there was a bit tyrannical though, so after a year with them I left and started working for a canvassing company, knocking on doors and trying to get people to have their milk delivered  to their doorstep by the milkman, it was like flogging a dead horse, so after 2 months of that and only £180 earned in total, I had to get a better job, I joined a driving agency called S.M.S (Specialised Manpower Services) I drove as a temp for different company's then got offered a more permanent place with a company that had kept requesting me to work for them, because I had  been working so hard for them. After 2 years with S.M.S I was off to one of their customers called Cleanway Ltd, Driving dustcarts, dirty, smelly and hard work, but I enjoyed it, I was with them 4 yrs in all, but at the end of my time with them, I had an accident that gave me headaches for 2 years or so after, a piece of wood (an off cut from a railway sleeper) fell off of the top of one of the skips I was emptying and hit me on the head, there's too much to go into with that for now, I'll put more on a different page, when the legal things are finally sorted out.

I then moved to Brighton and after taking 2 months off (I like my sabbaticals!) I got a job driving buses here, that's when I also started my online business interests, as I said I have now left the bus company, took 3 months off, it was going to be permanant as my online business interests took off enough to pay the bills, but I got absolutely no work done, I spent most days on the beach, it was a glorious summer! (did I say I like my sabbaticals!) So I then decided to get another job to spur me on, I started working as a night security guard doing 12 hours a day 7pm-7am, with a 9 day week, 6 on then 3 off, (tell me if you have seen my website's and work there). It is a bit boring and tiring as you can imagine, but it does make me get my rear into gear and get working full time on my online businesses, with there being not much to do in this job it gives me plenty of time to write my books and I get paid twice then too! 

I have just finished writing my fith e-book now and am now in the process of selling my second, (now a best seller) this has been quite fun to do as well and combined they all bring in enough money for me to quit working for somebody else if I want, which is another freedom I enjoy, but it is nice to get the extra too! The book is called "The Ultime Secret Ebay Buying & Selling Guide Book" and is selling like hot cakes! Well That pretty much brings you up to date to where I am now. Ohh I have been selling things on eBay too, mainly some e-books written by others, my e-books also and a few DVD's, so welcome if you got here from my link on there!
